Equipment financing for the device on your floor plan.

Purpose-built for med-spa clinics. $25k–$500k ticket, 24–72 month terms, installation and training folded into the financed amount. Read the eligible devices, the typical terms, the four situations owners actually use it in, and self-qualify with the monthly calculator before you spend sixty seconds on the intake.

Eligible devices

Five categories we underwrite.

The desk reads the device class against your service mix — not against an MCA / SBA vertical the lender has never seen. Common platforms in each category are listed for orientation; specialty platforms ship on the same equipment-financing structure.

Energy-based · Hair & skin

Lasers

Hair-removal classes (diode, alexandrite, Nd:YAG) and fractional / IPL skin platforms — Cynosure, Alma, Lumenis, Sciton, Cutera. The desk reads service mix, not just sticker price.

$80k – $350k tickets most common

Energy-based · Collagen & tone

RF / microneedling

RF-only platforms and RF-microneedling combinations — Morpheus8, Vivace, Potenza, Secret RF, Infini. Often paired with a laser on the same financing file.

$40k – $180k tickets most common

Energy-based · Body & fat

Body contouring

Cryolipolysis, HIFEM, radio-frequency lipolysis, and ultrasound lipolysis — CoolSculpting, EmSculpt, TruSculpt, SculpSure, Lipofirm. Larger tickets, longer terms.

$120k – $500k tickets most common

Hydration & exfoliation platform

Hydrafacial-class platforms

Hydrafacial, HydraFacial Syndeo, DiamondGlow, OxyGeneo. Lower ticket than energy-based devices but high utilization — often paired with membership cashflow on the same file.

$25k – $75k tickets most common

Regenerative · Injectable adjunct

PRP systems

PRP centrifuges and closed-system kits, often alongside hair-restoration and microneedling. Frequently bundled with another modality on a combined ticket.

$25k – $60k tickets most common

Loan terms

Six term-sheet reads.

What the desk sizes to on the first pass. APR bands, exact rates, and final terms come back after the file is read — the values below are the typical range the desk works inside.

Ticket size

$25k – $500k

Covers a single Hydrafacial platform up to a multi-device body-contouring suite. The desk sizes to a single equipment ticket per file.

Term band

24 – 72 months

Shorter terms for fast-paydown files (strong revenue base, established clinic). Longer terms to smooth the monthly against new-pipeline revenue ramps.

Soft-cost inclusion

Install + training included

Installation, on-site training, and shipping are folded into the financed amount. You do not pay cash out of pocket on top of the sticker for a financed device.

Collateral

The device itself

Equipment-secured structure — the financed device is the collateral. No blanket UCC on the practice, no general lien on the entity.

Speed

Close in 7 – 14 days

Same intake as MCA / SBA 504. The desk reads the file the same way the other products do — not a separate, slower vendor funnel.

Stackability

+ working capital + leasehold

Equipment financing is one of three coordinated tickets. Combine on the same intake with working capital for first-90-days payroll and SBA 504 for the build-out.

Use cases

Four situations that bring an owner here.

The desk sizes to the actual reason the device is on the floor plan. The four below cover north of ninety percent of intake files — specialty situations ship on the same structure.

  1. New practice opening

Furnishing the flagship clinic or a brand-new aesthetic practice. Hydrafacial platform + RF/microneedling in month one, body contouring added at month six — staged on the same file.

Open-with-the-device · funded inside 14 days of signing the lease

  2. Device upgrade

Trading an older device for the latest Cynosure, Sciton, or Alma platform. The desk treats the trade-in as a soft down-payment on the new ticket when it has clean payoff history.

    Replace-with-the-better-spec · 60-day close window typical

  3. Adding a second location

Replicating the flagship device stack at a second clinic, the second suit in the rental block. The desk sizes equipment financing to the second location pro-forma separately from the first.

Open-with-the-second-clinic · term aligned to leasehold

  4. End-of-life replacement

The handpiece tube is out of spec, the laser head is past service life, or the manufacturer has dropped the platform. Refinance to the next-generation equivalent under the same monthly ceiling.

    Replace-with-the-equivalent · avoid revenue downtime

  5. Not on this list? The desk underwrites to the device, not the list. Send the make / model / spec sheet on intake and the desk reads it against your service mix — specialty tickets ship on the same equipment-financing structure.

Cash up front — reduces the financed amount and the monthly.

Equipment loans typically run 12–84 months.

Solid file with one thin quarter — modest spread over prime.

Your rough monthly

$1,522/mo

$70,000 financed · 60 mo · Prime + 4 (~11% APR)

This is illustrative — submit intake for a real quote. The desk prices the term sheet against your actual file; the bands above are rough ranges, not a commitment to fund.
